PAM MANUAL V2.
V2 Manual with the latest versions from 2026.
Introduction
Welcome to PAM!
PAM stands for Player Account Manager. Its primary purpose is to centralize account activity within a single interface, allowing users to efficiently manage player accounts, financial figures, and website configurations.
PAM is designed to provide a structured and user-friendly environment where operational tasks, account reviews, and system settings can be accessed and managed in an organized and efficient manner.
Main Dashboard
Customer credentials
Within this tab, the user can access the customer’s primary account information.
This includes key details such as:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical address
- Account creation date
This section provides essential identification and registration data for account verification and operational review purposes.
Account offerings
Within the Account Offerings tab, the user can control the customer’s access to the different products available on the website.
From this section, the administrator can:
- Enable or restrict access to specific products
- Define which offerings are available to the account
Additionally, the account can be set to Read Only status. When this setting is enabled, the customer retains visibility of all available products but is not permitted to place wagers, or perform any financial transactions.
Wager Limits and Parlays
Within either of these two sections, the user has quick access to configure account-level limits and restrictions across multiple operational values.
Available limit configurations include:
- Maximum limit for a straight wager
- Minimum limit for a straight wager
- Maximum amount allowed to win per wager
- Wager cool-off value, defined in seconds
- Maximum amount eligible to wager on a full event
- Minimum odds accessible to the user
- Maximum odds accessible to the user, commonly referred to as favorite and underdog thresholds
- Maximum amount allowed to wager by market
- Maximum amount eligible to win on a full event
These settings allow precise control over wagering exposure and risk management at the account level.
Special rules and restrictions
There is also a dedicated section for Special Rules and Restrictions, which includes advanced operational controls such as:
- Maximum processing time in seconds
- Blocking of Asian handicap markets
- Switching the account to User Risk instead of Volume
- Blocking accounts identified as potentially using bots
- Additional configurable restriction settings
These controls provide further flexibility for risk management, compliance, and operational oversight.
Add Restrictions
Restrictions can be applied not only through PAM but also directly by customers via the website.
Self-restrictions
All customers have the ability to self-impose restrictions on their accounts. These restrictions may include:
- Limiting transactions for a defined period of time
- Restricting activity by specific dates
- Restricting activity during certain hours
- Limiting by type of transaction
- Applying a permanent restriction
This functionality promotes responsible usage and provides customers with direct control over their activity.
Administrative control via PAM
From PAM, the administrative user also has the ability to manage account restrictions.
Subject to the appropriate credential permissions, the administrator may remove or modify existing restrictions when operationally justified and in accordance with internal policies.
Customer's Dashboard
By accessing a customer’s dashboard, the user gains visibility into multiple account contexts within a centralized view. Available sections typically include: Account figures and balances Wagers and betting history Transactions Bonuses Comments and internal notes This dashboard serves as the primary operational interface for reviewing and managing individual player activity.
How to create a bonus
This section provides a clear and structured roadmap for creating a bonus based on specific operational or promotional needs. The objective is to guide the user step by step through the bonus creation process, ensuring that each configuration aligns with the intended campaign logic, eligibility criteria, and system requirements. By following this roadmap, the user will be able to define the appropriate bonus structure, apply the necessary restrictions, and finalize the configuration accurately and consistently.
General Information
Bonus structure configuration
Similar to other bonus types, the bonus structure can be configured using different activation triggers, including:
- Initial deposit
- Re-deposit
- Manual assignment
Each trigger can be combined with a defined rollover requirement, which applies to the selected product or products based on the intended promotional structure.
This flexibility allows the bonus to be tailored according to specific campaign objectives while maintaining control over wagering requirements and product applicability.
Available bonus types
The system allows the configuration of the following bonus types:
- Free Play
- Free Bet
- Cash Bonus
- Casino Bonus
Each bonus type is structured to serve different promotional objectives and may be configured with specific triggers, rollover requirements, and product restrictions according to operational needs.
Free Play
Introduction
This section outlines the step by step process to create a bonus within the system. Follow each stage carefully to ensure the bonus is configured accurately and aligned with the intended promotional objective.
Definition
A Free Play bonus is a bonus type that operates with an independent balance.
This structure allows the customer to use the bonus funds flexibly, giving them the ability to divide or allocate the amount at their own discretion rather than being restricted to a fixed or static wager amount.
This configuration supports greater user flexibility while maintaining the defined bonus conditions.
Step by step process
Free Bet Part 1: Manager Tools setting.
Introduction
A Free Bet is a fixed-value wager that is applied as a static amount. Unlike flexible balance bonuses, the Free Bet amount is predefined and used as a single wager.
If required, the Free Bet can be restricted by:
Sport
League
Market
Specific event
This type of bonus is configured in conjunction with Manager Tools to ensure proper restriction control and operational alignment.
Step by step process
- Access Free Bets in Manager Tools
- Navigate to Manager Tools and select the Free Bets label.
- Click the Create action button located in the upper right corner of the dashboard to begin the configuration.
- Define general information
- Name
Enter the internal name of the Free Bet for operational tracking. - Display Name
Enter the marketing-facing name. This is the name that will be visible on the betting site. - Odds limitation
Define whether the Free Bet will have minimum or maximum odds restrictions.
If no restriction is required, leave the odds fields open. - Min. Parlay Size and Max. Parlay Size
If the intention is to allow only straight wagers, enter 1 in both Min. Parlay Size and Max. Parlay Size.
If parlays should be allowed:
Enter 1 in Min. Parlay Size
Enter the maximum number of selections allowed in Max. Parlay Size - Expiration
The Free Bet schema may include an expiration date.
If an expiration date is configured, the schema will be hidden from the general Free Bets dashboard once the date is reached.
If the schema should remain visible indefinitely, leave the expiration fields blank.
- Apply sport, league, event, or market restrictions
Restrictions are configured similarly to profiling settings. The process is identical whether applying restrictions by Sport, League, or Event.
Example: Applying restriction by League
- Configure market and period applicability
If the Free Bet should apply to all markets and all periods within the selected League:
-> Select the intersection labeled Any/Any:
Marking Any/Any instructs the system that the Free Bet is eligible for all markets across all periods.
-> If the Free Bet should apply only to specific markets and periods:
Select the square corresponding to the desired market column and period row.
Example
If the intention is to apply the Free Bet only to Money Line wagers in the 1st Half:
- Select the square where the 2Way column intersects with the 1st Half row.
This ensures that eligibility is limited strictly to the selected market and period combination.
This structured approach guarantees accurate configuration and proper alignment between marketing intent and system behavior.
- Final Step
After completing all configurations and applying the necessary restrictions, locate and click Save to ensure the Free Bet schema is properly stored and activated within the system.
Free Bet ID
After saving the Free Bet schema, the system will generate and display the corresponding Free Bet ID.
This Free Bet ID is required during the Free Bet configuration process within PAM, as it links the bonus setup to the previously created schema in Manager Tools.
Free Bet Part 2: Player Account Manager setting
Introduction
The Free Bet bonus setting follows the same structure and logic explained in the Free Play section.
The key difference is that, for a Free Bet bonus, the Free Bet ID generated from the Free Bet schema previously created in Manager Tools is required.
This Free Bet ID must be correctly referenced during the bonus configuration to ensure the system links the bonus to the appropriate Free Bet schema.
Step by Step process
As with the Free Play bonus creation process, ensure that all required categories are properly selected during setup.
This includes:
-The appropriate triggering condition
-All applicable configuration fields
-The correct Award Type
For this configuration, the Award Type must be set to Free Bet to ensure the bonus is correctly structured and applied.
Critical configuration step
- The most important element in this section is the Free Bet Setting ID:
Within the Free Bet Bonus ID field, the user must enter the Free Bet ID generated from the schema previously created in Manager Tools.
This step is essential to correctly link the bonus configuration in PAM with the corresponding Free Bet schema. Without the correct ID, the bonus will not function as intended.
